By using SmartShiftPlanner, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Use of Service
SmartShiftPlanner is intended for personal shift scheduling and planning. You agree not to misuse the service or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Your Data
Your schedule data belongs to you. We store it securely to provide the service. You can request deletion at any time via the Account page.
5. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
SmartShiftPlanner is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. User Conduct and Zero Tolerance
There is zero tolerance for objectionable or abusive content in Team mode, including harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, sexual content and any other offensive material. You can block a user or report a message from the group chat. Reports are reviewed by the group manager and the app administrators, and offending users may be removed from groups and have their accounts suspended or terminated.
